We offer exchanges only (no refunds) under the following conditions:
✅ Size Exchange: If the product doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
✅ Defective Products: Found a flaw? Notify us within 5 days of delivery for a replacement.
Conditions for Exchange:
Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags intact).
Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
Customer covers return shipping costs; we handle the exchange shipment.

Ship It Back: Once approved, send the item to our return address (provided via email).
Get Your Replacement: We’ll dispatch the exchanged item within 3-5 business days after receiving your return.
Products marked “Final Sale” or purchased during promotions.
Items damaged due to misuse or wear.
