All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after payment confirmation.
Custom or pre-order items may require additional time (specified at checkout).

Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete (including PIN code and contact number).

Esskeetit is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
